We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team at Promedis24 GmbH in Laatzen.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and care to children, young people, and adults with physical, mental, emotional, or multiple disabilities.

• Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote the integration and participation of individuals with disabilities.
• Provide individual assistance to those in need of support, enabling their school and professional integration.
• Activate, motivate, and strengthen existing resources to promote societal participation and independent life design.
• Structure the everyday life of mentally and/or physically disabled individuals.
• Apply specialist knowledge individually, considering didactic, pedagogical, and therapeutic approaches.
• Document applied measures, write development reports, compile support plans, and implement them.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or equivalent qualification.
• Professional commitment focused on the participation, integration, and self-determination of individuals with disabilities.
• Good observation skills, confident demeanor, and structured work organization.
• Excellent German language skills (at least B2 level).
• Empathy, openness, and joy in working with people.
• Flexibility, reliability, and sense of responsibility.
