Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Consultant specializing in IT Deal Strategy, you will leverage your strong academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in IT, preferably within a consulting environment or in areas such as strategy formulation, business development, Mergers & Acquisitions, digital business frameworks, or internal consulting is required.
- Familiarity with IT Due Diligence, Business Plan Evaluation, Enterprise Applications, IT Infrastructure and Strategy, as well as Carve-Out Management or IT Post-Merger Integration is advantageous.
- You will utilize your robust analytical and conceptual abilities to tackle intricate challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English are essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Given our global clientele, a willingness to travel is necessary, and international experience is beneficial.
- Your collaborative spirit and persuasive presentation abilities will enhance your qualifications.

- You will provide guidance on intricate IT-related challenges within the M&A landscape, including Integration/Carve-Out IT Strategy, IT Organization, IT Governance, and IT Infrastructure.
- Your role will involve assessing IT-specific risks and synergies during the separation or consolidation of organizations or business units.
- You will outline, strategize, and execute complex Carve-Outs and Post-Merger Integrations for the IT sector.
- Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive business and technological assessments of the entire IT ecosystem (Hardware, Software, Communication, and Network Technology) of target companies.
- You will identify integration opportunities within the IT landscape and ascertain the level of integration required (whether to continue separately, standardize, exchange data, or adopt a best-of-breed approach).
- Your duties will also encompass preparing IT Due Diligence reports, engaging in client interviews, and developing presentations and proposals to enhance customer relationship management.
