About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at Deutsche Börse Group. As a key member of our CTO area, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality user interfaces, collaborating with backend engineers, and contributing to the overall architecture and design of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement user interfaces using React and related libraries.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to design and implement APIs.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for the team.
  • Mentor junior developers and help them grow their skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing web applications using React.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme.
  • Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel.
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and staying ahead of the curve.
