Position Overview:

As a Grants Coordinator, your primary focus will be on securing funding for initiatives related to environmental protection, infrastructure development, and sustainable mobility. You will provide guidance to various departments regarding available funding sources and manage the grant application processes independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate relevant funding programs at the European, national, and regional levels.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of evolving legal regulations.
• Identify and apply for grants across different sectors within the organization, including environmental protection and infrastructure.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and procurement processes related to sustainability initiatives.
• Support departments in developing technical documentation and reporting outcomes for grant initiatives.
• Provide assistance during all phases of projects, ensuring effective project management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with grant provider requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• A degree in economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in grant management, financial oversight, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with the entire grant process from identification to reporting.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
• Knowledge of grant regulations and EU funding policies is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP software.
