DAHMEN Personalservice GmbH is seeking a proficient Payroll Specialist to oversee payroll operations for a reputable family-run enterprise engaged in construction and engineering services. In this role, you will be tasked with managing the payroll process for a workforce exceeding 800 employees, overseeing expense reports, facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding, and serving as the primary liaison for payroll inquiries.

• Oversee the payroll process for a workforce of over 800 employees
• Manage calculations and verifications of employee expenses
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Act as the primary contact for employees and regulatory bodies regarding payroll issues

• Demonstrated experience in payroll processing
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Familiarity with RIB iTWO Payroll software is advantageous
