We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and reports, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in public and restricted tenders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate significant experience in managing construction projects within the healthcare sector.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and a proven ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of legal frameworks governing contract law, HOAI, AHO, and VOB.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, ORCA, and Allplan.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Demonstrate a willingness to travel as required.
