As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts for Neurostimulation (Pain Therapy) products, particularly in the post-launch activities of two exciting new products. You will assist in creating and disseminating digital campaigns and marketing materials, support daily product allocation, and maintain and update product catalogs. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing strategies and be actively involved in the dynamic introduction of new products to the market, driving the success of our product lines.

A Day in the Life

• Assist in organizing and conducting customer events and conferences
• Research and prepare competitor information and digital content
• Support the conception and implementation of new digital marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (translations, proofreading)
• Conduct, coordinate, and monitor events: conferences, symposia, patient days, etc.
• Support content strategy and content creation
• Support project development, monitoring, coordination, and implementation (Clinic Finder, market research projects)
• Support product management (daily product allocation, updating the online product catalog)

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• Excellent skills in creating creative (digital) content and written communication, with the ability to write clear, convincing, and original content
• Basic analytical skills to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and understand market trends
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent German and advanced English skills

• Residence in Germany

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content management systems is desirable
• Interest in developing work processes with a drive to continuously improve and learn new things
• Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Learning and development readiness

Practical/Program Details:

• Start date: August
• Duration: 6 months
• Working hours: 40 hours/week with flexibility (exams and holidays)
• Work model: Remote with monthly office meetings and on-site support when necessary
