At Positive Minds GmbH, a dynamic start-up focused on creating exceptional customer experiences, we are looking for a Developer / Solution Engineer (f/m/d) for a permanent full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve engaging in and ultimately leading architectural discussions with clients, architects, and the platform team to establish optimal strategies. You will also take part in design evaluations and suggest enhancements. As a member of our team, you will be dedicated to producing test-driven, clean, and reusable code.

You will:

  • Actively contribute to the development of tailored omnichannel solutions.
  • Engage in all stages of software development: from architecture and design to development and testing within an agile framework using the Scrum methodology.
  • Oversee the entire technology stack from backend to web applications, developing new features in close collaboration with all relevant teams.
  • Assist in risk evaluation and mitigation efforts.
  • Participate in application development and implementation, as well as technical assessments during the post-launch phase.
Qualifications

As a seasoned Developer / Solution Engineer, you possess strong critical thinking abilities, analytical skills, and, in addition to your technical expertise, you demonstrate self-assurance, independent work habits, teamwork, and effective communication.

You should:

  • Hold a university degree or have successfully completed an IT-related educational program.
  • Have over 5 years of professional development experience, preferably with ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, NodeJS, or similar languages.
  • Be proficient with AWS Cloud components and relevant services, such as Serverless, Lambda, DynamoDB, Mocking, SQS Scalability, API Gateway, CloudWatch, EMR, S3, EC2.
  • Possess experience with mission-critical SaaS applications based on Microservices Architecture.
  • Understand Service-Oriented Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and S.O.L.I.D. principles.
  • Have experience collaborating with other engineers in planning, prioritizing, and executing assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Develop CI/CD-compliant and test-compatible code.
  • Experience in Salesforce with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong written and spoken English language skills.
