Our client is a significant and globally successful production and trading company with around 300 employees and four locations in Germany. As a leading manufacturer and supplier of transport and mounting systems for precast concrete construction, hydraulic and pneumatic components, aggregate construction, and hoisting and lifting technology, the company is based in Aschaffenburg and works closely with international cooperation partners.

• Preparation of payroll and salary statements for the internal payroll department
• Maintenance and updating of personnel data and personnel files
• Support in creating employment contracts, certificates of employment, and other documents
• Monitoring and processing of absences, such as leave, and time recording
• Point of contact for employees in matters of accounting and personnel-related issues
• Closely working with the internal accounting and finance departments
• Support in complying with statutory regulations and internal guidelines

• Completed education in personnel management or a related field
• Several years of experience in personnel management, particularly in preparing payroll and salary statements
• Familiarity with German tax and social security law is desirable
• Proficient in HR software (personio is desirable but not required) and digital tools
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
• Empathetic approach
