Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our mobile ad platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product strategy, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including engineers, designers, and product analysts, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Work with designers to create user-centered designs that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature descriptions, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the ad tech industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
