Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate a wide range of cybersecurity support inquiries from diverse teams and individuals throughout the organization, aiding in the advancement of business operations.
- Engage in the enhancement of internal cybersecurity capabilities and communities, proactively working to fortify the organization’s overall cybersecurity framework.
- Establish, nurture, and support various cybersecurity communities across Siemens Energy, including Cyber Security Ambassadors and ACP communities.
- Provide guidance to non-senior management and cybersecurity communities on all facets of cybersecurity.
- Promote cybersecurity goals within local communities and comprehend their business needs regarding cybersecurity to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborate with selected agile teams within CYS and other departments to bolster cybersecurity functions.
- Identify and safeguard critical assets while managing the cybersecurity risk management process, including vulnerability assessments and incident response.
- Conduct training and awareness initiatives, and develop risk treatment strategies.
- Monitor and report on stakeholders' adherence to cybersecurity standards.
Qualifications
- A university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Extensive professional experience across various functions and sectors in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional, multinational teams.
- Proficient in assessing security threats and their potential impact on the organization.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across various functions and levels within a matrix organization.
- Proven track record in leading initiatives across organizational boundaries.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within global networks to ensure the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions, complemented by strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive future cybersecurity initiatives.
- Fluent in English and German, with additional local language skills preferred, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
