Position Overview

Amazon is on the lookout for dedicated professionals to fill the role of IT Logistics Administrator within our operational framework. This position is essential in facilitating the retrieval of IT assets following hardware exchanges or employee transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the reception and storage of IT assets and peripheral orders.
  • Prepare IT assets for configuration, deployment, and shipping.
  • Manage inventory levels through effective receiving, storage, organization, and auditing.
  • Ensure IT assets are prepared for transportation in compliance with IT and Information Security policies.
  • Effectively manage returned IT assets for reuse, reverse logistics processes, or disposal.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Ability to operate under supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in logistics operations.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks based on departmental and production goals.
