Your Responsibilities
As a Total Rewards Specialist focusing on SAP Time Accounts and Pension Plan Management, your key responsibilities will include:
- Management of SAP Time Accounts for Early Retirement Initiatives:
- Ensure precise documentation and monitoring of employee time accounts within SAP, guaranteeing that all information related to the early retirement initiatives is current and adheres to company policies and legal standards.
- Identify and resolve any inconsistencies or challenges that may arise in the SAP time accounts concerning the early retirement initiatives, offering assistance to employees and management as required.
- Updating Salary Conversions in SAP Pension Modules:
- Conduct regular revisions and modifications to salary information within SAP, particularly in the pension plan sections, to accommodate changes such as salary increments, promotions, or other compensation adjustments.
- Ensure all salary conversion records are accurately preserved in the system, complying with company guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to confirm the accuracy of salary data and rectify any discrepancies or inaccuracies in the system.
Your Qualifications
- Degree holder (f/m/d) from a university or university of applied sciences: Bachelor’s in Business Administration / Human Resources or a related field.
- Technical skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Interpersonal skills: Ability to work autonomously following appropriate guidance and instructions.
