Technical Proposals Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Proposals Specialist to join our Technology team at Lummus Novolen Technology GmbH in Mannheim, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of customized technical proposals, including quality and content such as plant layout, process description, PFDs, sized equipment list, NPV and capital cost estimation, process guarantees
  • Collaborate with different departments to collate the final proposal
  • Manage and monitor timelines and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet the RFP
  • Represent the company in technical discussions and meetings
  • Support the Licensing Department during the entire sales process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in process engineering, project work, licensing and/or preparation of technical proposals in the petrochemical industry
  • Experience in polymer technology is advantageous
  • Customer focus

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
