We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer (m/f/d) to contribute to innovative construction initiatives within our port facilities and at Kiel Airport.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing the planning, bidding, and management of construction and demolition initiatives in civil, structural, and hydraulic engineering
- Estimating budgets for maintenance and new construction efforts
- Contracting and supervising construction services
- Facilitating site meetings and negotiations
- Managing procurement of materials and services, along with invoice verification
- Maintaining and organizing technical documentation
- Navigating regulatory approval processes
- Degree in Civil Engineering with applicable experience; vocational training is advantageous
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant engineering software
- Self-motivated, effective negotiator, and team-oriented
- Strong communication abilities
