About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Café team as a Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Café, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Café is always clean, tidy, and ready for business
  • Cover shifts in the Café, serving breakfast, drinks, and snacks
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, showing a genuine interest in our community
  • Work closely with the Community Manager and Venue Sales Manager to ensure the successful execution of events
  • Maintain the vending machines and 'Späti' shelves, ensuring they are always stocked and appealing
  • Stay up-to-date on all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Perform various computer tasks, including digitalization, research, reporting, inventory management, and creating posters
  • Assist with reception tasks and utilize company software to ensure seamless operations, including check-ins, key encoding, and guest support
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry or a similar role
  • A passion for coffee, food, and trying new trends
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken) and German (a plus)
  • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a strong 'hands-on' mentality
  • Availability for morning shifts starting at 6:30 am and weekend shifts
