Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Preparation of monthly payroll
• Management of payroll-related tasks and data maintenance
• Handling reporting, certifications, and serving as a liaison for regulatory bodies and audits
• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of tax and social security laws
• Addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
• Compiling statistics and analytical reports
• Drafting employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation

Your qualifications include:

• Completion of commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in payroll processing
• Familiarity with labor, tax, and social security legislation
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Demonstrated responsibility, loyalty, and discretion
• Ability to work independently with a structured approach and quick understanding
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
