About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Developer to join our team at Indra Avitech GmbH. As an IT Systems Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems for the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Linux System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers, troubleshoot system problems, and ensure system stability.
  • VMware Administration: Manage and maintain VMware virtualized environments, provision, configure, and optimize virtual machines, and monitor resource utilization and performance.
  • Network Fundamentals: Provide support for network-related issues and requests, configure network devices and protocols, and participate in network security measures.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and problem-solving strategies.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Diagnose and resolve IT issues, escalate complex problems to higher authorities.
Requirements
  • Techncial education or degree and initial relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in Linux system administration.
  • Experience in configuring and managing VMware environments.
  • Basic knowledge of network fundamentals.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Good English language skills.
