Your Role: IT Security Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated IT Security Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our IT infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the Network Infrastructure department to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT security concepts in collaboration with your team members, contributing to the planning and execution of effective security solutions.
- Continuously assess and optimize existing security systems, including our company-wide SIEM system, Firewall, and Endpoint solutions. Introduce new IT security strategies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Provide active support for all IT security matters, including managing acute security incidents, while also contributing to the conceptual development of our security framework.
Your Qualifications:
- A background in Computer Science with a focus on IT Security, Cyber Security, or a related field. Alternatively, a completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration is highly valued.
- Practical IT experience and further training as an IT Security Manager, IT Security Officer, or similar roles are also welcome.
- Essential expertise in IT security or IT security management within network infrastructures.
- Experience with Azure Cloud and MS 365, preferably holding certifications such as Azure Security Engineer Associate or Microsoft 365 Security Administrator.
- Familiarity with network administration (VLAN) using Aruba Switches and firewall administration with solutions like Check Point or Sophos.
- Proficiency in scripting, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.
- A structured problem-solving approach with a focus on analytics and achieving goals.
