Key Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly capable and driven Platform Operations Manager to manage the daily operations of our advertising platform. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in platform management, incident resolution, data oversight, and partner integrations. Reporting to the Head of Platform Excellence, this role is vital for maintaining the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of our platform while nurturing strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Oversee the platform's availability, accuracy, and reliability, ensuring data integrity and performance improvements.
- Assist in quality assurance efforts across the platform, including data importation, APIs, and core applications.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing platform performance and operational efficiency, ensuring collaboration across teams.
- Provide second-level support for issues raised by commercial and technical teams, managing incident resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Commercial Operations, Data, and Finance Teams to guarantee a reliable platform experience for customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in platform operations, incident management, data oversight, and partner integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps technologies (Artifactory, GIT/GITOps, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, ArgoCD).
- Automation and development expertise for infrastructure management tasks (AWS, Java, PHP, TypeScript).
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related challenges.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across functions and building strong relationships with internal teams.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset.
