Aufgaben
  • Der Store Manager ist verantwortlich für die tägliche Leitung des Ladens und die Koordination der internen Prozesse und Vorgänge.
  • Er überwacht die Budget- und Umsatzziele und leitet entsprechende Maßnahmen ein, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.
  • Der Store Manager ist für die Sicherstellung eines optimalen Warenflusses und die Präsentation des Produkts verantwortlich.
  • Er motiviert und führt sein Team und erkennt Potenziale und Talente, um diese zu fördern.
  • Der Store Manager ist für die Erstellung einer hervorragenden Customer Experience verantwortlich und geht als Vorbild und Leader voran.
Qualifikationen
  • Der Store Manager bringt eine positive Einstellung und eine außerordentliche Hands-on-Mentalität mit.
  • Er ist organisatorisch geschickt und verfügt über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Der Store Manager ist analytisch geschickt und kann Entscheidungen treffen, wobei er auf Nachhaltigkeit und soziale Aspekte achtet.
  • Er verfügt über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Retail und kann sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch gut kommunizieren.
