Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker or Youth and Residential Care Worker to join our team in Winnenden. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with young people, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized support and care. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care and services that make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client
  • Provide direct care and support to young people, including daily living activities, emotional support, and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in youth care and support

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Jugend- und Heimerzieher*in, Erzieher*in oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik oder der Heilpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Lust auf die gemeinsame Arbeit mit unseren Jugendlichen und unserem Betreuer*innen-Team
  • Berufserfahrung in der Jugendhilfe und insbesondere mit psychischen Erkrankungen in diesem Setting ist erwünscht
