In our IT Management Consulting department, we help our customers prepare for the future, develop new IT strategies, and accompany them in their transformation. The digital change brings many changes with it: opportunities and risks, but also new ways of working and the use of IT and services. We develop individual solutions with our customers and stand by their success.

Look forward to exciting tasks
  • Advise our customers on transformation, digitalization, and IT management, identify the organizational challenges of our customers, and develop individual solutions with them
  • Shape the change process on an equal footing with employees and management from various customer industries and the public sector
  • Develop our consulting services further, bringing in experiences and new methods
  • Optional, lead junior consultants in joint projects
So you convince us
  • First project and/or consulting experience in the field of transformation and digitalization in the IT-related environment
  • Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum, or Prince2
  • High interest in organizing and controlling IT in a digital world
  • You know the challenges at the interface between IT and business
  • Very good presentation and communication skills in German
