We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sourcing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will have a direct impact on our company's processes, from product development to supporting junior consultants and presenting offers. This role requires a high level of responsibility, as well as leadership and coaching skills. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing processes, as well as creating and implementing technical concepts
• Providing internal support for the creation of presentations and offers
• Mentoring and coaching junior consultants in projects
• Working on product development as a process owner in an agile environment
• Managing the setup of our internal S/4HANA demo system

• At least 2 years of project experience in the transformation and implementation of SAP solutions (Sourcing & Procurement with S/4HANA, Ariba, etc.) in internal and external consulting
• Practical experience in conceiving source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes
• Proactive and structured work approach, with a high level of autonomy
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel
