In dieser Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich dafür, dass unsere Softwareprodukte höchste Qualitätsstandards erfüllen und zuverlässig funktionieren. Als Mitglied unseres agilen Softwareentwicklungsteams bringen Sie Ihr ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein in das Team ein und setzen Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich der Software-Qualitätssicherung sicher um.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung und Koordination der Teststrategie von der Planung, Steuerung und Konzeption bis hin zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die Qualität in jeder Phase der Entwicklung im Fokus bleibt und die Prozesse sich weiterentwickeln
  • Erstellung von Test Reports & Metriken der Testergebnisse sowie der Testabdeckung
  • Verantwortung für das Testportfolio (z.B. automatisierte Regressionstests) und entsprechende Umsetzung
  • Teilnahme an Code-Reviews und Feedback an Entwicklerteams, um in der komplexen Technologieumgebung sehr hohe Codequalität abzusichern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung, -spezifikation oder -testung
  • Idealere Kenntnisse der Softwareentwicklung in Desktopapplikationen im industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Methoden und Tools zur Softwarequalitätssicherung und –testung (ISTQB, Ranorex, o.ä.)
  • Eine von hoher Eigenständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit geprägte Arbeitsweise
