About the Role

  • Verify and post incoming invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Initiate invoice approval for payment transactions, maintaining a high level of financial discipline.
  • Continuously optimize and develop existing processes and procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper accounting and compliance with VAT regulations, upholding the highest standards of financial governance.
  • Interface with accounting and specialist departments, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Act as a key contact person for 2-4 companies within the Exyte Group, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in monthly and annual financial statements, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Regularly exchange and report to your supervisor, ensuring seamless communication and progress updates.

Requirements

  • Completed training in accounting or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial principles.
  • Professional experience in accounts payable accounting, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook), with a strong ability to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a high level of service orientation and sense of responsibility.
  • Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and motivation, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  • High degree of flexibility, reliability, and commitment, with a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
