Your Mission

As a Founders Associate at MARKT-PILOT, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic vision forward. You will work closely with our leadership to support their priorities, including business planning, new market entry, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the leadership in developing and executing strategic plans, conducting thorough research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement to inform decision-making.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the leadership, ensuring timely execution and effective communication across departments.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership and external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and partners, effectively representing the company's interests and priorities.
  • Drive the development and execution of operational processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and business drivers, providing regular updates and insights to the founders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support talent acquisition and development efforts, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup operations roles, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to synthesize information, identify insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
