Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at IT Problemlöser Verwaltungs- und Handels GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level support to our customers
  • Manage server administration and IT infrastructure
  • Work on projects and develop new techniques and solutions
  • Set up and maintain hardware components
  • Install and configure IT infrastructure at customer sites in European countries
Requirements:
  • Education as an IT specialist in systems integration or similar qualification
  • Experience in Microsoft environment, Linux, and Apple
  • Server operating system administration skills
  • Good knowledge of network technology and administration
  • Excellent customer interaction skills and fluency in English and German
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
