Insurance Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Consultant to join our team as a Career Changer. As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting private customers of partner networks, acquiring new customers in collaboration with bank advisors, and providing individual customer consultations on-site and through modern digital consultation tools.

• Consult with private customers of partner networks to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with bank advisors to actively acquire new customers and grow our customer base.
• Provide individual customer consultations on-site and utilize modern digital consultation tools to enhance the customer experience.
• Coach and support sales partners in the sales region to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

• Completed education in insurance or as an insurance specialist.
• Alternatively, career changers with a strong affinity for customer consultation and sales are also welcome.
• Experience in personal and property insurance is advantageous but not required.
• Structured work approach and interest in learning about new topics.
