Ihre Aufgaben- Unterstützung des Facility-Managers bei der Beauftragung, Steuerung und Prüfung aller Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturaufträge
- Tägliche Objektbegehungen inklusive Pflege des Außenbereiches
- Übernahme kleinerer Reparaturarbeiten, sowie Überwachung und Steuerung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
- Überwachung und Abnahme von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten (Unterzeichnung von Berichten und Stundenzetteln)
- Pflege und Optimierung von Wartungs- und Reparaturplänen und Verfassen von Wochenberichten
- Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben
- Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Hausmeister oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Erfahrungen in der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung wünschenswert
- Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf sehr gutem Niveau
