CTO, Web3 Innovation Leader

Digital Harmony Forum is a non-profit organization dedicated to harnessing the power of Web3 technology to create a more democratic, transparent, and inclusive global governance platform.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced and visionary CTO to lead our technical direction and execution, driving the development of Web3-based solutions for global governance.
Key Responsibilities- Technology Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our mission and vision, ensuring the organization's technical direction is aligned with its goals.
- Web3 Solution Development: Lead the development of decentralized applications and protocols that address the needs of global governance, working closely with our CEO and other key stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of developers and technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of our technical projects.
- Emerging Technology Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Web3 technology and trends, incorporating these into our technology strategy to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Infrastructure Security and Scalability: Ensure the security and scalability of our technology infrastructure and systems, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our Web3-based solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical leadership, with a focus on Web3 and decentralized technologies.
- Strong programming skills, with experience developing Web3 applications and protocols.
- Experience leading and managing a team of technical professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into language that non-technical stakeholders can understand.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Passion for using technology for social impact and a commitment to the mission of Digital Harmony Forum.
