We are currently seeking a Head of Accounting & Finance to enhance our team at the Oranienburg office. This role is pivotal in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives.
