(Senior) Manager in CIO Consulting - Digital Change (w/m/d)

Together with your team in the Chief Information Officer (CIO) Consulting sector, you will advise our clients on all strategic aspects of the CIO agenda. This includes digital strategies, sourcing, cloud solutions, and IT transformation topics, as well as software asset management.

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise to guide our clients through their digital transformation, you can actively contribute in the following ways:

  • Implement transformation programs and sourcing initiatives.
  • Design, execute, and lead (digital) transformation processes.
  • Oversee business and topic development at KPMG and expand client relationships.
  • As a project leader, manage teams and serve as the primary contact for our clients.
  • Present results in client meetings that you lead.
  • Assume personnel responsibilities.
Your Profile
  • To be a (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) in CIO Consulting - Digital Change, you should hold a degree in business administration or business informatics.
  • You bring professional experience from industry, consulting firms, or IT service providers.
  • You possess specialized knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    • Analysis, realignment, and design of complex IT architectures, including organization, processes, personnel, and business cases.
    • IT infrastructure topics such as data center consolidation and cloud adoption.
    • Application optimization, including consolidation or cloud migration.
    • IT governance, IT management, agile project management, and target operating models.
    • Communication and organizational development within IT.
    • IT service management and enterprise service management, along with knowledge of relevant tools.
  • Ideally, you have industry experience in energy, automotive, life sciences, or telecommunications/media.
  • You possess deep IT knowledge and the ability to communicate it clearly.
  • You have experience in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • You are capable of guiding clients from strategic IT alignment to operational implementation in transformation programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills are among your strengths.
  • Willingness to travel is an essential part of your qualifications.
