Heraeus Conamic is a leading materials specialist for the production and processing of high-purity quartz glass and other high-grade materials. Our innovative products enable the production of state-of-the-art semiconductor chips or medical lasers for minimally invasive surgical procedures through flexible optical fibers.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Commercial CRM Manager to lead our CRM ecosystem projects. As the responsible and accountable Lead, you will focus on related People, Processes, Systems, and Business Intelligence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining the to-be-situation and executing a change management plan across all CRM stakeholders to improve process- and data quality.
- Establishing and maintaining a CRM Key User community, including regular touchpoints to share news and gather feedback.
- Defining and managing the CRM governance process, including the end-to-end enhancement request process.
- Defining standard operational procedures to enforce high-level data quality.
- Defining and disseminating system usage data and suggesting areas of improvement in terms of data quality and usage KPIs.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of ten years' experience in a commercial environment, with effective communication skills in German and English. You should have proficiency in commercial software, a strong customer orientation, and an analytical mindset. Experience in an international commercial environment and the ability for international travel are also essential.
