Key User for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Key User for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Sales to join our team at Hirschvogel Holding GmbH. As a Key User, you will be responsible for the system administration of our Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system and our Kalkulationssoftware FACTON for the Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and FACTON for the Sales department
  • Provide support to all CRM users in the Sales department in German and English
  • Develop and optimize the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the IT department to implement system changes and conduct testing
  • Design and deliver training sessions for internal colleagues
  • Maintain and update the internal CRM knowledge database
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to the sales process

Requirements:

  • Completed education in a relevant field such as computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • First-hand experience in sales in an industrial company is desirable
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is an asset
  • Fluent German and excellent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
