If you possess the Palliative Care certification and relevant experience, we invite you to become part of our interdisciplinary team focused on Ambulatory Palliative Care (SAPV) in the Westerwald region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive ambulatory care while honoring and enhancing patients' autonomy and their surrounding support systems.
- Facilitate supplementary partial care, assisting in medical-nursing services and supervising the caregiving team, without directly engaging in basic care tasks.

- Utilize modern technology and a comfortable service vehicle (optional) for adaptable work in a mobile office setting.
Your Qualifications:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment and actively contribute to the Palliative Network.
- Confident and compassionate, with effective communication skills to engage with physicians and offer comfort to families.
- Exhibit empathy towards patients' choices, recognizing your role and valuing the existing social and professional context.
What We Offer:
- Meaningful engagement in a developing nonprofit organization free from profit pressures, alongside a supportive team.
- Flexible working hours, including the possibility of a 4-day work week.
- Thorough onboarding and ongoing training opportunities within your area and beyond.
- Secure, permanent full-time or part-time employment contract with modern resources for your mobile office.
- Competitive salary aligned with Diakonie labor contract standards in Hessen and Nassau.
- Access to fitness and wellness amenities through the EGYM Wellpass.
- A variety of additional benefits such as discounted job tickets, annual bonuses, pension plans, JobRad, and employee perks.
