About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join our team at ETO GRUPPE. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and implementation of project management systems and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems and structures to ensure efficient project execution and budget control.
• Perform monthly project closure activities, including review of SAP procedures and creation of group-wide investment reporting.
• Prepare quarterly project and investment reports for the board of directors.
• Coordinate and prepare investment planning and depreciation simulations for intangible assets and fixed assets.
• Support the preparation and submission of funding applications and research grants.
• Calculate and plan productivity rates for the development department.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in financial management and project control. Your skills and experience should include:

• A completed degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or economics.
• First-hand experience in project control, investment control, or a related field.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and VBA.
• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO BW is an asset.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
