- Engage in the configuration and implementation of SAP ERP systems along with associated digital transformation projects.
- Take part in the Finance department's transition from Datev to SAP for in-house bookkeeping.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, revenue recognition, and AR aging report analysis and reconciliation. Prepare annual rebate calculations and project-specific accounting.
- Work alongside external tax advisors for tax submissions and other necessary declarations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the mandatory annual audit process.
- Monitor stock-taking activities and ensure the security of company assets.
- Conduct financial ratio and performance analysis along with management reporting.
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or a related field. ACCA/CFA/CPA/CIMA qualifications are advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in Germany, ideally within multinational trading, distribution, project-based, or service-oriented firms, including Big Four auditing firms.
- Familiarity with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS, as well as German tax regulations.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2). Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Prior experience with SAP or other ERP systems is essential.
- A business-finance integration mindset coupled with strong commercial awareness, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of managing work-related pressure.
- Willingness to work onsite in Munich.
