Job Title: Business Analyst - Compensation and Benefits

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop user-friendly software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of new features to ensure they are accurate and meet the required standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on legal changes and ensure timely implementation in our software to maintain compliance.
  • Work closely with a team of creative developers and act as their point of contact to ensure seamless communication.
  • Regularly review development results for accuracy and provide feedback to improve the quality of our software.
