Senior Intelligence Systems Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Intelligence Systems Mentor/PLEX Architect to join our team in Wiesbaden, Germany. As a key member of our EMITS Program, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex intelligence systems, providing guidance to less experienced personnel, and exercising independent judgment to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement intelligence architecture designs, including data flows, integration requirements, and system solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to identify potential system solutions and advise customers and teammates on system employment and integration.
- Assist with the integration of systems, technology, data flow, and architecture across various organizations, ensuring coalition and NATO interoperability.
- Manage concurrent projects addressing complex and difficult problems, with a medium to large impact on the organization.
- Develop technical documentation to guide system users and developers, and provide recommendations as needed.
- Present briefs to stakeholders on architecture design, courses of action, project updates, and training plans.
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Experience designing Intelligence Architecture, with a focus on Army Programs of Record, such as DCGS-A, Palantir, CPCE, AFATDS, and JADOCS.
- Knowledgeable in JELC, exercise design, and training management, with experience supporting NATO/Coalition Environments.
- DCGS-A experience required, with a valid DoD IAT II certification.
- Eligibility for German TESA.

Work Environment:
40 hours per week, with less than 10% travel required. Onsite work location in Wiesbaden, Germany, with additional work locations as needed.
