System Administrator

About the Role:

As an IT Operations Manager at FRÄNKISCHE, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global systems and infrastructure. This includes overseeing the maintenance and support of our internal applications and user systems, as well as coordinating problem-solving efforts within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the continuity of our global systems and infrastructure
• Support and maintain existing internal applications and user systems
• Coordinate problem-solving efforts within the organization
• Document support cases and solution documentation
• Coordinate optimizations and developments of our Information Science
• Develop and maintain our infrastructure, including capacity and performance management
• Develop IoT devices for production
• Support the evaluation and assessment of new technologies
• Plan and execute network installations, maintenance, and IT hardware
• Develop standardized service processes
• Become the point of contact for client systems on a national and international level

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training, such as IT Administrator (m/w/d)
• Completed further education as a technician or business administrator, or comparable development stages in the IT sector, such as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d)
• Desirable: relevant work experience
• Sound knowledge of cloud-specific certifications
• Structured and independent working style, as well as excellent communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and reliability
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
