Senior Software Developer C#/.NET

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Statista GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications.
Key Responsibilities- Software Development: Design, develop, and test software applications using modern Java and C# frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including frontend engineers, product owners, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software applications.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to grow and develop within the team.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud-based infrastructure, utilizing AWS Fargate or Lambda.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes and tools.
- Education: Completed training in IT or studies in computer science or comparable.
- Experience: Years of backend development experience in Java or C#.
- Teamwork: Experience working in agile teams and a strong understanding of the importance of collaboration and communication.
- Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation, such as AWS with CDK, is a plus.
- Language Skills: Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
