The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our logistics operations by analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities and answer key business questions.
- Analyze data to understand its scope and impact on our operations.
- Propose and implement key metrics to measure business performance and proactively flag issues.
- Ensure requests are answered optimally through ad hoc deep dives, experiments, dashboards, or recurring analyses.
- Define requirements for A/B testing and analyze results.
- Enable teams to leverage data for business insights through self-service and dashboarding tools.
- Closely collaborate with product managers to create a roadmap with prioritized hypotheses and analyses.
Requirements
- Highly results-oriented and comfortable with iterative processes.
- Strong communication skills to present results to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in dealing with technical challenges when building data products.
- Entry to intermediate experience in data analytics, typically 2+ years of work experience or equivalent proficiency.
- Statistical proficiency, including A/B testing and regression analysis.
- Fluent in SQL with practical experience in Python.
- Experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc.
