Internal Sales Representative

  • Serve as a knowledgeable sales consultant, offering expert guidance to clients in an office setting.
  • Manage calculations and prepare proposals for builders, craftsmen, and contractors, ensuring thorough project follow-up.
  • Effectively handle complaint processing with care and attention.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships creatively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with field sales representatives while keeping sales objectives in focus.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, procurement, and logistics to enhance project outcomes, supported by all relevant departments.
  • Participate in the design and arrangement of our exhibition space and product assortments.
Your Profile
  • Completed commercial training in wholesale or equivalent experience in sales, particularly within the construction sector.
  • Proven sales experience, whether in an office or field environment, with a preference for knowledge of building materials.
  • Entry-level opportunities are available for tradespeople with relevant experience in the building materials field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and suppliers, along with strong presentation abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with experience in a medium-sized business environment, ideally within a regional construction and building materials network.
