The Diakonisches Werk An Sieg und Rhein is seeking a qualified individual to join our team in providing essential support and guidance in the area of pregnancy counseling. The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications (m/f/d) and demonstrate a commitment to fostering social inclusion and addressing issues of exclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive counseling services related to pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenting
• Provide social legal guidance to clients
• Facilitate pregnancy conflict counseling in accordance with established legal frameworks
• Assist clients in navigating financial support options from various organizations

Qualifications:

• Ability to work collaboratively within a networked environment
• Effective communication skills with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Empathetic approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Creative, innovative mindset with the capacity for independent work
• Flexibility in working hours
• Proficiency in standard computer applications
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Alignment with the values and objectives of the Evangelical Church
