About the Role

We are seeking a talented student to join our Service Management Processes and Solutions Team as a Working Student - Change Management Specialist. In this role, you will support our organizational change management (OCM) Team in driving, defining, and living the communications, change management, enablement, training, and community for and with our lines of business contacts in support, development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand business needs and challenges
  • Support stakeholder groups in Lines of Business, Support, Development, Operations, and IT
  • Manage change community by driving change management through all
  • Create enablement material for harmonized processes and tool introduction
  • Communicate effectively to all employees and engage in 2-way communication
Requirements
  • Student at a university or university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Psychology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields
  • Basic experience with communication and change management
  • Self-reliance, persistence, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and/or German - verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • User of spreadsheets/word processing and modern collaboration tools
  • Understanding of change management, communications, enablement requirements
