Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering comprehensive care aligned with Christian values

  • Coaching and guiding team members
  • Organizing work schedules
Required Qualifications
  • Certification as a geriatric nurse or healthcare specialist
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
  • Capability to operate autonomously, with adaptability and dependability
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to teamwork
  • High level of customer service orientation
  • Commitment to church and diaconal values
