Your Role:

As a Baufinanzierungsberater, you will provide comprehensive advice on building, living, and financing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering a wide range of Baufinanzierungsprodukten from regional Sparkassen and LBS NordOst, as well as access to a variety of products through FORUM.
• Assisting customers in finding the right Bauspar, Wohnriester and Finanzierungsprodukten.
• Working as a dedicated sales professional in the field, benefiting from the strong brand of Sparkasse and LBS.
• Monitoring sales results with a focus on business growth.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Authorization to broker Wohnimmobilienkrediten nach §34i GewO or relevant qualifications.
• Experience in sales of financial services.
