About the Role
- We're seeking a skilled Multiskilled Technician to join our team in Facility Management, responsible for performing a range of tasks including building maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent customer service.
- You'll be responsible for coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Additionally, you'll participate in a rotation system for on-call duties and be available to respond to emergencies.
Requirements
- A completed education in technical building services or a recognized trade qualification.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM software.
- A valid driver's license.
