We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager / Process Qualifier (m/w/d). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to production readiness, both nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects for equipment and machines from concept to production readiness, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Design and develop components and assemblies in SolidWorks, creating pneumatic plans and documentation for technical changes and new machines.
Collaborate with the development team to develop and test prototypes, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
Identify and resolve production issues, conduct functional tests, and optimize workstations and machines to improve efficiency.
Optimize existing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement sustainable production methods and environmental standards.
Plan and document production workflows in the Montage-Assistent-System.
Create and maintain work plans, including time measurement and calculation using Method Time Measurement.
Support the relocation of workstations to other production sites.
Conduct and document first-article inspections.
Design workstations with an ergonomic focus.
Participate in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and other quality-related activities.
Support the global Neoperl team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design and project management.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, FluidSim, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English (C1 level) and German; additional languages are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
